At Starship, we’re always looking for ways to improve our deliveries to provide the most efficient and sustainable service.

Thousands of your neighbours are already using Starship and we’re proud that the average delivery uses the same amount of energy as boiling a kettle for a single cup of tea. But when customers order from further away, deliveries become less efficient, with longer delivery times for everyone. With costs rising across the world, we wanted to let you know about some changes to our delivery fees.

From Wednesday 21st September 2022, our delivery fees will be:

• Up to 1km from chosen store: £0.99
• 1km-2km from chosen store: £1.99
• 2km+ from chosen store: £3.99

Unlike other delivery services, we will continue to have no minimum spend on orders.

These changes will ultimately result in increased efficiency and less time waiting for your shopping to arrive. This allows us to continue to provide you with a sustainable delivery service, offering the most energy-efficient deliveries on the planet.
