Get ready to customise your delivery experience with our new in-app feature: robot characters!

We hope this feature will be exciting for many of our customers, as we know so many have been asking for the robots to be given names. So we’re delighted to announce three fun robot characters for you to choose from. Are you ready to meet Chip, Gizmo and Sunshine?

How it works…

Step 1: Add shopping to your Cart as usual

Step 2: In your Cart, simply tap the ‘Edit’ button next to ‘Your robot’ and select the character you’d like to meet

Step 3: Complete checkout as normal

Step 4: Your robot character will arrive with your shopping to say hello in their own special way!

(Make sure you have the latest version of the Starship app to see the option to customise your delivery)

And don’t worry – our much loved music is still available for you to dance to, with the option to select either music or a character! 💃

Alternatively, if you prefer a quiet delivery, just select the ‘Low volume’ or ‘Silent delivery’ option in your Cart.
