Starship Technologies Celebrates U.S. Voters
Students showing selfie with ‘I Voted’ sticker can win Starship merchandise
SAN FRANCISCO (November 2, 2022) – Starship Technologies, the world’s leading provider of autonomous delivery services, is encouraging students to vote in this year’s election by offering them a chance to win free Starship merchandise. Students who share a selfie with the official ‘I Voted’ sticker can upload their photos to Starship’s Instagram (@starshiprobots) and tag their school name. While not a requirement, selfies with the robots are encouraged.
Students randomly selected will get to choose one Starship-branded item from a range of options including t-shirts, hats and tote bags. The full range of merchandise can be found here.
“Voting is something that all of us should celebrate and encourage,” said Annie Handrick, campus marketing manager at Starship Technologies. “This is going to be the first time many students get to vote which is something they’ll remember for a long time. We’re using this opportunity to let all students who voted show their pride and hopefully win some cool Starship gear at the same time.”
There will be one winner from each U.S. campus where Starship provides deliveries to students. Selfies can be submitted from now until midnight PST on Wed., November 9th. Full details are available on Starship’s Instagram account.
