How to send packages with Starship:
- Open the Starship app
- Click the “Send” button on the bottom of the home screen
- Select your package pickup and drop off location
- Confirm the trip
- Share trip details with the recipient so they can track the robot
- Have the recipient meet the robot at the drop off location

What can I send with Starship Sendit?
You can send a variety of items with Starship Send, as long as they fit securely within the robot and weigh no more than 20 lbs. Please make sure your package is properly sealed and safe for transit.
How much does it cost to send an item on Starship Sendit?
The cost to send a package through Starship Send is $0.54 per delivery, offering an affordable and convenient way to transport items across campus.
How will my recipient know that a package is coming?
It’s the sender’s responsibility to get the recipient’s consent to accept the package and to share the tracking information with them. This ensures they’re prepared to receive the delivery.
What items are prohibited from being sent by Starship Sendit?
Certain items are prohibited for safety, legal, and operational reasons. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:
- Illegal substances or items
- Firearms, weapons, ammunition
- Alcohol, food, or beverages
- Pharmaceutical products
- Recreational drugs, drug paraphernalia, or tobacco products
- Dangerous or hazardous materials
- Animals or live organisms
- Cash or other forms of money
- Fragile items that could be easily damaged
- Obscene materials
- Any items with a value exceeding $100
