1. Sponsor
The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Starship Technologies, Inc. (“Sponsor”). The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® is not responsible for the administration of this Promotion.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to Starship users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Participation is intended for individuals located at or near UCLA.

3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on February 4, 2026 at 9 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on February 18, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.
4. How to Enter
Method 1 – Order Entry:
During the Promotion Period, place a robot delivery order from Anderson Café through the Starship mobile application. Each qualifying order constitutes one (1) entry into the giveaway to win “Prizes”.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by February 18, 2026.
Limit one (1) entry per person per day, regardless of entry method.
5. Free Drink Offer
Users who place a robot delivery order from Anderson Café through the Starship app during the Promotion Period will receive one (1) free The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® drink with their order, while supplies last. No substitutions. No cash value. Cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
6. Prizes
Prizes may include Bluetooth speakers, phone chargers, and other merchandise (“Prizes”).
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value.
7. Winner Selection & Odds
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Notification
Potential winners will be notified via email within 2 days after the drawing. Winners must respond within 5 days of notification to claim their prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
10. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims arising out of participation or prize acceptance.
