1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: Starship’s “Free Delivery for a Year” Sweepstakes (\”Sweepstakes\”) begins on 08/12/2024 at 7:00:00 A.M. PST and ends on 09/30/2024 at 11:59:59 P.M. PST (the \”Promotion Period\”).

2. ELIGIBILITY: This “Free Delivery for a Year” Sweepstakes is open to any persons who has not previously downloaded the Starship Food Delivery app and is not already a confirmed user of the application. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

3. PRIZES: Ten (10) winners will receive a Starship promo code valid for 50 free deliveries. A free delivery promo code holds a discount value of $2.49. Promo code value will expire on June 30th, 2025 or once all 50 deliveries have been completed. Starship promo codes cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with another promo code.

4. WINNER SELECTION: The Winner(s) of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received throughout the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted 5-7 business days after the Promotion Period by Starship, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible Entries received.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winner will be notified by email at the email address attached to their Starship app profile approximately 5-7 business days after the random drawing. Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture.
