Why didn’t the robot stop outside my door?
Upon arrival, the robot will stop at the location where the pin was positioned on the map. When selecting the delivery location on the map in the app, please zoom in to the map to make sure the pin is as close to the location you want your order to be delivered. You can also switch to the satellite map view if you wish.
Please note that after positioning the pin, the app may automatically adjust it to the nearest delivery location. In this instance, a message will be displayed. Please check the new position – you may be able to zoom in further and readjust if needed.
