What happens if a product I ordered isn’t available?

When placing your order in the Starship app, you can select whether to allow substitutions or not. This can be done on an individual item level if required, giving you the flexibility to get the items you need. 

If you have selected the option to receive substitutions and an item is unavailable, a store assistant will then be able to pick a suitable substitution when they’re preparing your order.
